With all of our maintenance services and packages we provide a yearly irrigation system checks, so you can conserve water and take the guess-work out of 
watering your landscape. We will check for any freeze damage and set up your irrigation clock to water at the proper dates and times, minding local water restrictions.
We will also check for any leaks or broken sprinkler heads and alert you of the problem immediately to avoid any loss of plants or wasted water.
Neighborhood Discount
Introducing our Neighborhood Discount Program! If you and anyone in your neighborhood signs up for lawn maintenance with us, you both get a 25 cent discount per mow! Plus, for every additional neighbor that signs up you'll get an extra 25 cents off, up to $2 off per mow. That's a savings of $74 per year!

Lawn Maintenance Services
Annual Contracts
With our Annual Maintenance Services your lawn will be taken care of all year, so you won't have to worry about raking leaves in the winter! Plus you'll lock in a low rate and get your First Two Mows FREE! Our annual services include your choice of weekly or biweekly services during the growing season, April through October, as well as 7 additional off season mows, which include leaf cleanup, so your yard looks great all year! Our Annual Services are prorated over 12 months to give you a price that fits into your budget. We have Annual packages starting as low as $67.83 per month!
Seasonal Contracts
With our Seasonal Maintenance Services your lawn will be taken care of throughout the growing season, April through October, with your choice of weekly or biweekly services. We also offer leaf cleanups during the dormant season at a low rate when requested. When you sign any Seasonal Contract you will get your First Two Mows Free! Our Seasonal Services are prorated over 7 months to give you a fixed monthly price. We have Seasonal packages starting as low as $79.28 per month!
Year-Round Contracts
With our Year-Round Maintenance Services your lawn will be serviced throughout the entire year. This package is perfect for anyone whoenjoys overseeding with annual rye grass to keep a green lawn all year long. This package includes your choice of weekly or biweekly service from April through October, and weekly mowing the remainder of the year. We can even overseed with annual rye grass for you.
When you sign any Year-Round Contract you will get your First Two Mows Free! Our Year-Round Services are prorated over 12 months to give you a fixed monthly price. We have Year-Round packages starting as low as $91.75 per month!
Pay Per Mow Services
With our Pay Per Mow Maintenance Services you will receive our same low rates without the commitment. Starting at $26 per mow!
We use low emission equipment and 100% organic fertilizers and weed control, so you are not only investing in your lawn, but in the environment as well. The use of organic fertilizers and weed control will give you healthier soil, and make your yard a safer place for your family and pets!
Lawn Maintenance Packages
We have an array of maintenance packages to suit your needs: Annual, Seasonal and Year-Round 
Contracts, as well as easy, Pay Per Mow services.
We work with you to choose the package that fits your needs and your pocketbook best!
Basic Lawn Care
This package includes mowing of all grass areas, edging of all sidewalks and driveways, weedeating, and blowing off all concrete areas.
Basic with Bed Care
This package includes the above services with the addition of weed control for your flower beds.
Lawn Service Plus
This package includes all the above services with the addition of trimming all shrubs and small trees 5 times per year.
Premium Lawn Care
This package includes all of the above services with the addition of 4 fertilizer treatments throughout the year. See a detailed explanation of fertilization package.
Ultimate Lawn Care
This package includes both of the above services with the addition of 6 fertilizer treatments throughout the year and a 1/2" compost topdressing in the Fall. See a detailed explanation of fertilization package.
All of these packages are offered Weekly or Biweekly to best suit your needs and budget. All five are available through our Annual, Seasonal and Year-Round contracts. Our Basic Lawn Care, Basic with Bed Care and Fertilization Services are also available without signing a contract, so you can pay as you go!

Below you'll find a price list for all of our Lawn Maintenance services. Our prices for lawn maintenance are based on the entire lot size minus improvements. Below you will find a calendar for each of our different lawn maintenance contract services.
When you sign up for services you will be assigned a day of the week as your service day. Service days are Monday through Friday and depend on your location.
